Cinnamon generally gives us a sense of christmas and makes us think of cakes and porridge (which many people normally find less exciting and just have to suffer through as a part of our traditions). However, the founders of won’t let up on cinnamon. Forget about boring sticky porridge and let yourself be inspired by these healthy muffins. Perhaps as a part of your breakfast?


What's in there?

  • 1⁄2 cup water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1⁄2 cup sugar


How to do this?

  1. Heat your oven to 180 c.
  2. Line 12 muffin cups, greased with butter, on a baking or muffin pan.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl.
  4. Add to the dry ingredients water, milk, canola, vanilla and eggs. Gently stir everything to a smooth mixture.
  5. Add the mixture to each muffin cup.
  6. Place the pan in the middle of the oven.
  7. After approx. 20 minutes, use a fork to make sure the muffins are finished.
  8. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them stand for 15 minutes.
